Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served as a buffet in our very lighthly Reception room viewing in the interior garden. All apartments are equiped with a kitchen, there is no restaurant in the Residence

Reception closes at 21:00. Please note that you must inform the residence of a late arrival 24 hours in advance.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
