Reception is open from: - 07:30 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 02:00 Monday to Wednesday - 07:30 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 21:00 Thursday to Friday - 08:00 to 12:00, 14:00 to 16:00 and 19:00 to 03:00 on Saturdays. -Sunday: 19:00 to 02:00 It is closed on public holidays. Check in: If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel directly for instructions regarding late check-in procedure. Electricity: Electricity will be at an additional cost for stays of 30 days or more.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 2.00 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.50 per child under 12 years per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
