Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child from 0 to 2 years is charged EUR 6.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child from 0 to 2 years is charged EUR 6.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 5 years is charged EUR 19.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 6 to 8 years is charged EUR 35.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 9 to 13 years is charged EUR 55.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 14 to 18 years is charged EUR 65.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 79.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
