Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 12.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Up to two children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for cots.  Up to two children from 2 to 8 years are charged EUR 31.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Up to two older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
