Rooms and flats are 33 m² to 48 m² in size. Each has either a big balcony or its own garden with nice view. There is a kitchenette with kitchen utensils. Housekeeping is not available on Sundays.

Hotel details

This family-managed hotel is situated in the south of Merano, only 14 minutes walk from the historical centre of Merano, the Thermal Spa and the hippodrome. From the end of August to the end of October 2008 the hotel organises walking tours in the mountains. Paying a small additional cost, you can make use of the washing machine or benefit from a separate kitchen in your room.

Food & Beverages

The hotel has agreements with a number of local restaurants in the immediate vicinity and in the historical town. With the hotel's Restaurant Card you can receive a 10% discount on your meal.

Additional costs: Final cleaning rate (varies according to apartment). Washing machine. Use of a separate kitchen (booking B&B).

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 8 years are charged EUR 29.50 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 38.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
