Breakfast every day 7am - 10am.

Payment Information: All reservations will be charged a deposit, equivalent to the first night's tariff immediately when the booking is received. This deposit will be refunded in full if the booking is cancelled prior to 48 hours of the arrival date. Otherwise, the advertised cancellation fees will apply.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs AUD 3.90 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged AUD 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 28.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
