Our comfortable rooms all come fully equipped with en-suite and all the usual facilities any traveller would require, including TV, Fridge, Tea/Coffee facilities, fax facility, central heating and internet access. The family suite comes with two en-suite bedrooms. Hair driers and ironing boards available on request.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 5.00 per person.  American breakfast is not included and costs GBP 7.00 per person.  Breakfast is not included and costs GBP 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
