Rooms

Each of the 45 houses consists of a spacious living room, 1-3 bedrooms and 1-3 bathrooms. Each house is individually designed and decorated to cover a wide variety of tastes by offering choices in size, decoration, colour and location. Silk screens of known Greek artists decorate the accommodation. Six villas offer even more upgraded services with an internal and external Jacuzzi. Four suites have private swimming pools for more discreet luxury. The 120-year old captain's house which dominates the complex was turned into a presidential villa of extraordinary luxury with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an outdoor pool and a Jacuzzi.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 160.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
