Food & Beverages

The room rates include a special breakfast formula that offers you in-room breakfast service. This offer includes a morning delivery of fresh croissants and bread to accompany your in room tea and coffee. If you would rather have breakfast in the restaurant it should be mentioned in the comments section of your booking form. This option is available at an additional charge. Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. At lunchtime, a snack menu is available. The bar is open every day from 11:00 to 23:00 so you can relax and unwind with a hot drink or cocktail.

The hotel reserves the right to charge a deposit. If so, the hotel will advise the customer by email before a transaction is made. If you wish to use your car during your stay, you are advised to bring snow chains or studded tires.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 16.00 per day.  Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 90.00 per week. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
