All rooms include private facilities and have recently been renovated. Rooms are wide, stylish and comfortable and ta 3rd, 4th or 5th bed may be added on request.

Hotel details

The hotel offers a private shuttle bus to and from the ski lifts, special prices for ski and boot hire, and a ski pass and ski school service. The entertainment team promotes activities including assisted skiing, tours for non-skiers, group pre-skiing lessons, aerobics, stretching and dancing. Shows, dance parties and a piano bar are set up in the entertainment room. Children may have fun in the baby club for kids aged 3-5, the mini club for kids aged 3-12 years and the junior club for children aged 9-12 years. These clubs are monitored by qualified English-speaking staff offering age-specific games and activities. Teenagers aged 13-18 years may enjoy the youth club with theatre, group activities and a gym.

Food & Beverages

The spacious restaurant can accommodate up to 400 people. It offers breakfast and buffet meals with a vast selection of starters, vegetables and desserts. Meals featuring traditional local specialities are served weekly. Drinks (water and wine) are included. Booking on a full board basis, guests may also enjoy lunch with a view to the slopes, provided reservation is made at the hotel reception at least 24-hours in advance.

A mandatory Club Card has to be purchased on arrival from December 21, 2007 to April 4, 2008, at a cost of EUR 28 per week per person over 3 years old. The card entitles guests to welcome cocktail, daily activities and games, short day trips, access to the piano bar, assisted skiing, non-skiing excursions, a toddlers’ club for children 3+ years old and a free shuttle service. Please note that tours and access to the sauna are paid separately. Reservations from December 26 to January 2 must be booked as a package of 7 nights, paid on arrival. New Year Eve's dinner is included. New Year Eve' s dinner is included in the room rate for reservations from 26th December to 2nd January (7 nights stay) and it has to be paid at the arrival.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 3 years are charged EUR 18.00 per night for cots.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  One further child under 8 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  All children from 8 to 11 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 35 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.
