Address Via Fiorentini, 259 75100 Matera		Travel information By Car: There are 2 main roads which take you to the hotel, -Access the Municipal park of XX Settembre street (in the centre of the city); it is the easiest way for people arriving from Bari, Taranto or Matera Nord. - Follow signs to Addozio, with access to the Sasso Barisano; pass the church of Sant'Agostino (on your left) and continue for approximatively 300 metres downwards. - You will reach the main intersection of the Sassi (you will recognise it for a fountain on the left and the Restaurant Le Botteghe ). - Turn right and continue for approximately 10 metres. - You will see the balcony of the Residence at number 259 Fiorentini street. The second entry for those arriving from Potenza, Metaponto or Matera Sud. - From Ridola street (next to the Building of the Province) the road brings you to the hotel through the Sasso Caveoso and the Madonna of the Virtues street .
Area information The Museum of the country civilization is 20 metres away from the hotel. The Cathedral of Matera is 100 metres. The archaeological site of Metaponto is 40 km from Matera. This is where great teacher Pitagora learnt.
