After you will book your stay at this Residence, you will be contacted by the owner to arrange your check in. In case you are not notified, please contact the hotel with your approximate arrival time. Staff cannot guarantee access to your accommodation unless they are notified beforehand. In case of any changes to your arrival time, please contact the Holiday Residence as soon as possible. Please note: During July and August, the hotel is only bookable for 7-night stays with arrival on Saturdays. Please note that air conditioning costs EUR 10 per day.

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
