Each apartment has a large private terrace leading into a comfortable living area. The windows have beautiful wooden shutters and heavy curtains make sure that the bright sun rays do not disturb you too early in the morning.

Hotel details

The property reception is open 24 hours a day. You can also make use of the internet corner, library, and self-service laundry onsite. For those leaving late there is a luggage room and courtesy shower.

Food & Beverages

The pool bar is a popular venue to enjoy a snack, served during the daytime. Delicious, à la carte food is served every evening, and the hotel bar is open until midnight.

Air conditiong is installed in the bed room, its use is optional, 19€/week.

Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 6.00 per hour.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 1.5 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 22.5 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  A fixed amount of EUR 120 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
