Reception Opening Hours: From 8am to 12am and from 5pm to 8pm. Please contact directly the hotel for any late arrival. Deposit: EUR 300 per apartment to be paid on arrival (by check, cash or credit card) and refunded after inventory upon departure or by post if check-out made outside of the reception opening hours.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 3.00 per hour. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
