An idyllic retreat offering 100 spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated bedrooms, ranging from the deluxe to the executive, all rooms have en-suite facilities and are fully equipped with colour TV and direct dial telephone, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities. Our Honeymoon Suites offer pure luxury for that extra special treat, with their beautiful decor, enchanting four-poster bed and Jacuzzi spa bath. We have a full-adapted room also available for guests with disabilities. The fine dining, atmospheric bar, state-of-the-art fitness and spa facilities enhance hotel guests experience beyond all expectations. Our modern, well equipped conference facilities include 3 suites and 2 meeting rooms ideal for both large conferences, accommodating up to 300 delegates theatre style and smaller meetings. All designed to help delegates achieve their business objectives. Our excellent facilities and personal service ensures that we are the first choice for weddings. We can cater for the large traditional wedding to more intimate gatherings and civil marriage ceremonies.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
