Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person.  American breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.00 per person.  Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 16 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two further children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
