The city centre, very much appreciated, with its shopping area, is only a 5 minute walk from Hotel Stadt Marsberg. Our newly opened hotel is situated on the idyllic banks of the river Diemel. Parking for buses and a garage for bicycles and motorbikes are situated directly at Hotel Stadt Marsberg. After an extensive renovation and reconstruction, and above all, the former Karp health centre reopened as the the hotel with 30 beds in comfortable guest rooms. Hotel details

The hotel is suitable for the mobility impaired and is fitted with a ramp and a lift. An indoor swimming pool and sauna facilities can be found 300 metres away. In addition, the hotel offers various tennis and golf courses that are bookable on site. Area information Marsberg is situated in a valley near the river Diemel and is surrounded by wooded mountains. Hiking trails pass just in front of the hotel. The Diemellake is located a 15 minute drive away. Recreational activities and services in the area include fishing, fly fishing, swimming and to sauna in the indoor swimming pool with saunas, miniature golf, archery, Nordic walking, horseback riding, sailing, surfing, a boat and jet ski rental, canoe tours and hang-gliding. During the winter season daily transfer with the bus shuttle to the most popular winter sports areas Brilon, Willingen and Winterberg (20-40 car minutes). Travel information You can reach Marsberg easily by driving down the A44 (Dortmund - Kassel). Take the exit for Meerhof/Marsberg and follow the country road for approximately another 14 kilometres until you reach Marsberg-Centre. After about 300 metres, you will find the hotel on your right hand side, directly behind the Diemelbridge. An ample parking lot is right in front of the building.
