All apartments have been newly furbished with stylish details: The ground floor apartment features a double bedroom, bathroom with bath, a spacious living room with double sofa-bed and a kitchen, separated by a curtain from the living area. The first and second floor apartments feature a double bedroom, living area with dining table and double sofa-bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. All of them are equipped with air conditioning system.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
