In addition to all the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with tableware, 4 hot plates, a phone (fee required). Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

Cost includes: • Accommodation. • Beds made up for arrival. • Cleaning (except kitchen area and washing up) and change of the bedlinen and of the household linen every 7th day. • Bathroom linen in the apartment. • End-of-stay cleaning. • Dishcloth. • Television (with international channels).

A baby kit (cot, high chair) is available on request according to availability.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 15.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 60.00 per week. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person.  Continental breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 11 years.  Continental breakfast is free of charge for children up to 3 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
