Food & Beverages

The two poolfront restaurants have been completely renewed and serve fine menus with traditional cuisine, accompanied by a selected winelist with the best labels of tuscan wineyard’s production. The Restaurant Anfora di Baratti serves breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet while the Restaurant Ombra della Sera promotes an exclusive ambiance for à la carte dinner. Reservations are advised in advance.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 2 to 14 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
