Hotel details

We inform you that the reception is closed between 12:00 (lunch time) and 17:00and between 22:00 and 6:30, if you arrive during these hours, we suggest you : - to call the hotel on the morning of your arrival in order the reception gives you an access code by phone. This code will enable you to enter the hotel, your room and the parking too. - or, at your arrival, to go to the room-vending-machine, which is next to the entry of the hotel. You just have to follow the instructions on the screen. The machine will ask you your credit card number (the same as you used for your booking) or your number of reservation in order to find your booking and give you your access code.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 12.00 per hour. 

Parking

Free Public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 4.85 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
