Reception opening hours: - From Monday to Friday: from 7:30 am to 12:00 am and from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. - On Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays: from 8:00 am to 12:00 am and from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. For any arrival outside these opening hours, please contact the hotel in order to get the access codes. Payment is due upon arrival at the residence.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
