Hotel details

Amongst the palm tree gardens you will find tropical pools filled with exotic fish and Florida turtles. Meanwhile, one swimming pool is set surrounded by tidy lawns and sun loungers up beside the hotel, and a second pool is found by the sandy beach. There are also 2 pools especially for children. The health centre comes with a cardio gym, sauna and jacuzzi. You can also unwind with a massage or a choice of other therapeutic treatments. Additional on-site conveniences include a hairdressing salon, a gift shop, games room and internet lounge.

Food & Beverages

The hotel’s Florencia Restaurant serves gourmet cuisine in refined surroundings, whilst you can enjoy buffet breakfasts and dinners in the Alhambra Restaurant. The restaurant in the Beach Club serves Mediterranean favourites and wonderful cocktails overlooking the sea. Relax with a cold drink on the Oasis Terrace, next to the swimming pool, or in the stylish Tartesos piano bar in the evening.

Wireless internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 21.40 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child from 0 to 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 74.90 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
