Hotel details

The hotel was named after Claude Devoize, a famous opera singer, who bought the building with her husband, with the intention of creating an artist's club. However decided to keep it as her home.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 18.00 per day.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child from 0 to 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
