You can look forward to magnificent views and a pleasant stay when you visit the "Steigenberger Hotel Mannheimer Hof". The majority of the comfortable rooms and suites look out over the idyllic Atrium Garden with its old plane trees, or onto the Augustaanlage, Mannheim's renowned mile of art museums. All rooms are equipped with bath/shower, cable and pay-TV, writing desk, mini bar, hair dryer, telephone (ISDN-connection), some rooms with PC and modem connections, some rooms with fax, safe and trouser press.

Guests of the "Steigenberger Hotel Mannheimer Hof" can enjoy dining in two hotel restaurants as well as in the small bistro. In summer we also serve our guests outdoors in the magnificent garden with its old plane trees.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 17.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
