The one bedroom apartments are 57mÂ² (2/3 pax) and consist of one bedroom with 2 single beds and a living room with one sofa bed, open kitchen, full en-suite bathroom and terrace. All rooms have superb sea and mountain views. The duplex Apartments are 65mÂ² (3/4 pax) and consist of two bedrooms with 2 single beds and a living room with one sofa bed, open kitchen, two en-suite bathrooms, terrace and private parking place. All duplexes offer fantastic sea and mountain views. Both floors have their own entrance and are connected by a spiral staircase. The double rooms are 37mÂ² and have 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom. Private car parking place included in the price. No terrace. The double room with views offers great sea or mountain views The double room interior looks out on a passage way. Cancellation policy

At least 24 hours before day of arrival. Otherwise, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night on the credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Child policy

Two children under the age of 12 can share a sofa bed in the one bedroom apartment or in the duplex. There are no extra beds available in the double rooms. The hotel has a separate children's pool and a children's play area.

Hotel details

The Manilva Park complex is built with an excellent standard of construction. There are 134 units in total but the complex is divided in 9 smaller buildings hosting a variety of one bedroom apartments and duplexes with great sea and mountain views. The double rooms with view look out over the sea or mountains, the interior double room has no views. In the main building you find the reception, the Las Viñas restaurant, the Las Vistas Bar, the Spa and gym, a small supermarket, the launderette, an internet corner and a children’s play area. There is also a swimming pool, 24h00 security, and a carpark (payable locally)
