Please note payment is taken in full on arrival. For group bookings, the cancellation period is: * 10+ rooms - 1 week * 20+ rooms - 2 weeks * 30+ rooms - 1 month prior to date of arrival.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 13:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 7.50 per person.  Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 7.50 per person.  Buffet breakfast is not included and costs GBP 7.50 per person.  Breakfast is not included and costs GBP 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
