Accommodation includes 294 well-appointed air conditioned bedrooms that are ideal for both the business and leisure traveller. Accessible rooms are also available. A complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is available to all guests. Extra beds in rooms are available please see policies for more information. (based on availability) Upgrades to Club room is also available at an extra £40 on request. The hotel has 4 superb dining options, plus 24-hour room service, all designed to give our guests the choice of everything from sophisticated intimate dining through to a lively atmosphere with traditional pub fayre. The on site Spirit Health and Fitness Spa gives guests the opportunity to relax and unwind. Also on offer is a selection of small meeting facilities and ample car parking.

Food & Beverages

The hotel has four superb dining options: The stylish new restaurant and bar offers modern cuisine in a relaxed and informal atmosphere, with the bar serving cocktails, light bites and snacks. Callaghans Irish bar offers a delicious selection of traditional pub food in a lively atmosphere. Sampans Oriental restaurant offers Thai, Malaysian and Chinese cuisine.

The hotel has currently completed a multi million pound refurb with the new stylish restaurant and bar now open.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 15.95 per person.  Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 15.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
