There are 2 designated disabled parking spaces, with level access to the front doors and reception. There is a lowered section for check-in. The hotel has 2 rooms available that are fully adapted for guests with mobility problems, whilst the restaurant-bar area is fully accessible.

Food & Beverages

A continental breakfast is served from 05:00 to 10:00, whilst a full English breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00. Lunch is not served in the restaurant, but hot meals are offered in the lounge throughout the day. Evening dinner is served 18:00 to 21:30.

Group Bookings: Group bookings for 10 rooms or more must be prepaid and are non-refundable.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 4.95 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 7.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
