Same sex groups of more than 5 rooms will not be accepted without prior agreement from the General Manager. A good behaviour refundable bond to the value of gbp 500 will be required.

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
