Food & Beverages

The Elements restaurant welcomes guests from 06:00 until 22:00 every day. Elements bar is open from 08:00 until 00:00 (midnight). Food is also available here until 23:00. Breakfast is served from 06:00 until 10:00 (Monday to Friday), and from 07:00 until 11:00 at weekends.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.  Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs GBP 12.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two further children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for cots in the room. 

Groups

When booking for more than 15 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
