Food and drink available 24 hours a day and we also offer 24 hours room service. The Elements Restaurant and Bar is open all day, with breakfast served until late morning at the weekends. The hotel also offers the use of complimentry leisure facilities of which include a well equipped Gym, Sauna and Steam Room.

The Elements Restaurant is open from 06:00 daily and serves a wide range of international dishes in a relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy a late breakfast at the weekend either as room service or at our Elements Restaurant until midday.

Payment Information: If paying cash, please ensure you can produce a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport, on arrival to process your check-in.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs GBP 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
