For conferences and meetings, Chancellors offers modern purpose-built facilities in the new west wing. There are 7 well-equipped meeting rooms and a lecture theatre seating 125 people theatre-style. There are administration facilities available. Located in the mansion house are the traditionally furnished CP Scott and Whitworth Rooms along with a selection of contemporary executive boardrooms that overlook the gardens. All have contemporary and stylish facilities.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
