Hotel details

Please note the hotel charges a deposit per room per night. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and at an additional cost, on the condition that owners accept full responsibility for the cost of any damage or extra cleaning needed. Pets are not allowed to be left in the room unattended. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per room. All dogs must be well behaved.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 20.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 20 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
