Experience comfort, peace and relaxation in our 98 comfortably furnished single and double rooms. All rooms are en suite and equipped with telephone, satellite TV with english and arabic language channels, pay TV, radio and mini bar. Rooms for non smokers or WLan internet access are available upon request.

Hotel details

Our fitness partner is number 1 among all fitness centers in Germany: The Fitness Company. All guests of our hotel may use the centre for free. It is approx. 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Food & Beverages

The “kaisers” restaurant, bistro and café serves tasty regional specialities and all-time favourites throughout the day. Featuring an appealing bar and terrace, it creates the ideal ambience for a refreshing drink, exquisite Rheingauer and Rheinhessen wines, and freshly drafted Bitburger Pils beer. In the morning, the “Moguntia” restaurant invites you to enjoy a rich advena breakfast buffet in a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast is served from 06:30 throughout the week. It is also available to customers not staying at the hotel. At the weekend, treat yourself to a tasty champagne breakfast, which awaits you until 12:00. The “Europa Lounge” is a separate event room featuring a fireplace, dancing area and lounge. It can be used as an event location with private club ambience.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 9.50 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
