Double and twin room types carry a maximum occupancy of strictly 2 people only unless otherwise stated. Each of the 126 bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and offer the facilities listed in "room descriptions". Suites and executive rooms are also available.

Hotel details

A credit card imprint will be required by the hotel at check-in as security for any extras taken during your stay. Please contact Jarvis Hotels plc for a full copy of the terms and conditions.

Internet via TV is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 11.99 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs GBP 11.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
