Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served from 07:30 until 10:00 Monday to Friday, and from 07:30 until 11:00 Saturday to Sunday. Lunch is served from 12:00 until 14:00. Dinner is served from 18:00 until 22:00. A 24-hour room service menu is available.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 15.00 per 24 hours.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs GBP 15.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 14.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
