Hotel details

Many activities are offered on-site. The Tropical Atrium is the hub of the hotel. It provides also the Secret Lagoon Swimming Pool with the famous Dragon's slide (do not miss it if you dare !). Swimming Pool will be closed : -from Sept. 22nd to Sept. 26th 2008 -from Jan. 19th to Jan 23rd 2009 -from Sept. 21st to Sept. 25th 2009 The Wreck of the Seven Seas Raider is an excellent training area for future brigands and pirates. Scally Wagg's Jungle Adventure is an indoor `soft surface' adventure play area that is decked out as a Jungle! Here the children can clamber up ladders and down slides, plunge into the ball pit and even take the Tarzan swing and aerial ropeway - excellent fun! Harry's Action Zone is a large video games room that kids will love.

Food & Beverages

The Captain's Library is open from 18:30 to 22:00. Enjoy the splendid library and the world cuisine of this traditional restaurant. The Plantation serves a continental buffet breakfast (included in the room rate) from 07:00 to 10:30 and dinner (with all-you-can-eat buffets) from 18:00 to 22:00. Marco's Pizza Parlour is open from 17:00 to 23:00 and serves takeaway pizzas. The Trader's Bar is open from 17:00 to 23:00. The Smuggler's Tavern, the main bar, is open from 17:00 to midnight.

All the areas in the hotel, including the rooms, are non-smoking.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
