Rooms

The hotel has 140 rooms and 2 junior suites; there are several rooms that are suitable for wheelchair users. Smoking rooms are available upon request. Some rooms have a private balcony with stunning views of Madrid. These rooms are available on request. All rooms are fully soundproofed, for a peaceful rest after a hard day exploring Madrid or a long day shopping. Each room has a private bathroom and some rooms have a jacuzzi-bath.

The Hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, close to the famous museums; Thyssen, El Prado, Circulo de las Bellas Artes and Reina Sofia. La Puerta del Sol, Madrid's bustling centre can be found 5 minutes walk from the hotel, where all your shopping needs will be catered for. All major sightseeing tours emanate from the city centre, with a chosen few stopping in front of the hotel. Tickets for all tours available from reception. The hotel has been designed with a modern yet comfortable feel. Refurbished in March 2007, you can find the latest design features in every corner of this stylish hotel.

Food & Beverages

The Reims Bar serves a full buffet breakfast every day and is a great place to have a drink or a coffee, with an incredible view of Madrid.

Disabled Facilities: There are several rooms available on request that are suitable for disabled guests and wheelchair users. Other Additional Costs: Guests can book a session in the hotel’s private and exclusive Nammu Corner spa at an additional cost. The spa offers a range of relaxing and therapeutic spa treatments, among others, including an ice fountain and a hydromassage shower. Massages are available at an additional cost, either in the hotel’s spa or in your room.

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 17.12 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 42.80 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
