On the hotel’s top floor, from 08:00 to 22:00, guests can relax in our steam room, jacuzzi or sauna. Our fitness area is located on the 2nd floor. The hotel has 4 halls, including private halls suitable for small meetings and the grand Puerta Europa hall seating up to 200 people.

Food & Beverages

The hotel’s Taula Restaurant serves a range of tasty, innovative dishes made with fresh, local produce. Its creative menu offers fusion dishes, blending traditional Basque and Mediterranean flavours. Beside the restaurant you will find the cafe-bar, where you can start the day with breakfast and a relaxing drink in the evening (open between 09.00 and 01.00).

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 22.80 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 18.19 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 29.96 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
