The hotel offers a wide range of rooms for all kinds of clients: 261 double rooms (143 Standard and 118 Superior), 43 individual rooms and 5 deluxe Junior Suites. They have all been recently refurbished using top class materials, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. For high standing clients, the hotel offers its most personalised service at the Planta Real (Royal Floor), with 45 double rooms and a Junior Suite. Royal Service: For business stays and guests who love to feel exclusive. Some of the exceptional services offered are independent reception, secretarial services, private breakfast room, free buffet bar and rooms with special services.

Leisure: Health Centre - Being fit is a pleasure in our Health Centre, equipped with fitness room, sauna, Turkish bath, massage room, solarium, jacuzzi and a wonderful roof terrace with the best views over Madrid. At the front desk, you can request information about leisure opportunities, shows, tours and more. Services: Business Centre: Meliá Galgos has adapted its services to the new needs of its clients. The Business Centre is equipped with working desks, so that you can have an office within the hotel. Meeting Rooms: The best place to have your social or business meetings. We offer 800 square metres, divided into 11 rooms for meetings, congresses, presentations, weddings or any other event for up to 300 people. They are all perfectly equipped with state-of-the-art media and with professional back up.

Food & Beverages

At the Meliá Galgos, we take good care of the gastronomy, from the well-known breakfast buffet to the high gastronomy of the Diábolo restaurant, where international dishes are combined with Mediterranean cuisine. The Buffet de Serrano restaurant allows you to customise your menu. Eating is a pleasure at Meliá Galgos.

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 8.00 per 24 hours.

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 25.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 20.33 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
