Our 194 rooms are heated and totally soundproofed for maximum comfort, with interiors designed to create an elegant and refined atmosphere.

Hotel details

The hotel’s transfer service runs to and from Madrid Barajas Airport and the Juan Carlos I trade fair site. It operates between 08:00 and 11:30, and 18:00 and 20:30, each weekday. Please note that the service is only available subject to prior arrangement; contact details appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. Please note that the transfer service is not available on the following dates: Easter week 20 July – 26 August 25 December – 07 January

Food & Beverages

Our grillroom restaurant La Orza is open from 13.30 to 16 h. and 20.30 to 23.30 h Monday to Friday. Here you will find interesting and varied seasonal menus in which we always include our chef's recommended dishes of the day. The cafe is open from from 13.30 to 16 h. and 20.30 to 23.30 h Saturday to Sunday. There is a wide selection of wines, carefully selected from among the best vintages.

Our public rooms have natural light. On prior request, we can arrange to have teams of hostesses, interpreters or simultaneous translation facilities. We also supply free writing materials, flipchart and water. There is a wide range of menus for business lunches in our private rooms. Our staff, available to advise you in person, will give you all the information you may require.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 17.40 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 8 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 35.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
