With your comfort in mind, the reception will be happy to help you with car rental, travel reservations and sightseeing trips. A laundry service, fax capabilities parking garage and mini bar service, from 23:00 to 07:00, are also available. The hotel was last refurbished in 2004.

Breakfast Buffet: Includes freshly baked sweet rolls, melba toast, bread, range of deli meats, cheese, sausages and bacon, fresh fruit, honey, cereal, yoghurt... a varied breakfast buffet which you will have at your disposal in the breakfast room every day from 7:00 to 11:00 From 6:00 to midnight, the bar offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for enjoying your favourite drink or the mini-cafeteria service. On the ground floor of the hotel's building you will find the Restaurante Puerta de Toledo. This restaurant, belongs to the URVI, S.L. Group and has a different billing and service independent of the hotel. A la carte dining area where hotel guests can enjoy a 20% discount off its regular prices.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
