Hotel details

The property features 43 double or double for single use rooms and 14 family rooms for up to 4 people. There are also 2 duplex rooms for up to 6 people with extra beds and cots. The hotel has 2 family floors which are fully equipped to welcome couples with 2 children. Two of our rooms are completely adapted for handicapped people. Public parking is 50 m away (Plaza del Carmen) with 20% discount for our clients. The hotel has a ground floor with natural day light where the buffet breakfast is served. The business centre and the videogames facilities are also situated there. There is a permanent exhibition focused in the B&W pictures which makes an elegant spot to meet.

Food & Beverages

Everyday a complete buffet breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:30 delighting our guests with: Cold food: Fresh fruit, ham, cheese, sausages, cereals, nuts, fresh pastries and bread, cakes, tarts and sweet biscuits. Hot food: Sausages, eggs, bacon and Spanish omelette. Assorted cold and hot drinks (juices, teas, coffee and more)

Cancellations need to be done online via the link on your confirmation. If this is not possible, then cancel via fax/email; please use the details in your confirmation Check out on request until 14:00 (standard at 12:00) *The High Tech chain collaborates with Iberia’s ' Iberia Plus programme. Therefore if you are part of the programme you can also accumulate air miles when staying at any one of the chain’s hotels.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.70 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
