The rooms offer a warm, modern and comfortable decoration, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The minimalist lines and avant-garde touch from the former art gallery can still be seen in what’s now a small and delicate 4 star hotel. The rooms are spacious and equipped with state-of-art technology such as laptops, flat screen TV sets, hydromassage showers, portable phones etc. We have Family Rooms for up to 4 people, that can be ideal for small groups as well. There are also rooms for disabled guests. All rooms and public areas are non-smoking for your convenience.

Hotel details

The hotel offers free bicycle hire to all of its guests to have a pleasant ride in the gardens of the Retiro Park. You can also get discounted entry to the Warner theme park when booking through the hotel reception.

Food & Beverages

The hotel features a cosy cafeteria, where our guests can relax while enjoying the typical “aperitivo madrileño”, amongst other things. Breakfast - with fruit, buns, pastries, coffee, etc. - is served in the breakfast room.

*The High Tech chain collaborates with Iberia’s ' Iberia Plus programme. Therefore if you are part of the programme you can also accumulate air miles when staying at any one of the chain’s hotels.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
