We have 38 rooms, 12 one bedroom apartments with lounge and kitchen and 12 two bedroom apartments also with lounge and kitchen.

Food & Beverages

The bar at the reception serves continental breakfasts and drinks.

From 18 July to 30 September, the reception will be open from 09:00 until 17:00. Guests arriving after 17:00 must contact NH Aravaca on the number that appears in the booking confirmation issued by this site. Please note that from 1 October the reception will be open from 07:00 until 22:00. All guests expecting to arrive after 22:00 are kindly asked to follow the procedure described above.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 10.45 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 5.89 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 21.40 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
