Rooms

All our rooms are doubles, including seven Junior Suites that are equipped with a working area. If it’s more space you’re looking for, just ask for our Superior Rooms. Our complete toiletries kit contains products from the famous brand “Agua de la Tierra”. For women, we offer special “Woman style” rooms including a cosmetic bag with everything a woman might need during her stay (nail file, lip protectant, exfoliating glove etc.) and the women's magazine “Telva”. Rooms - Double: exterior room with a double bed of 1.35 m or two single beds of 0.90x2 m. - Junior Suite: exterior room with a double bed of 1.35 m with an ample working area and a water kettle. - Superior: exterior room with a double bed of 1.80x2 m and water kettle.

Food & Beverages

Our hotels are well-known for their quality and the special care of their restaurants. We have a spacious and luminous restaurant where we serve our renowned breakfast buffets. Breakfast is served from 7.00 to 11.00 during weekdays and from 8.00 to 12.00 on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and vacation periods. Our restaurant is opened from Monday through Friday and offers a light, seasonal cuisine with top-quality products. During weekends, you can enjoy a good sandwich in our cafeteria, which has extended opening hours.

We offer rooms for handicapped persons on request.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 17.00 per hour. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 20.33 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 16.59 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
