For those "lovers" of the most exquisite cuisine the Meliá Avenida América Hotel offers you a wide range of dishes in the "Cheminée" restautant or in our buffet at the "Zamora" room, where you will enjoy a rich choice of the spanish gastronomy, prepared by the authentic artisans. To commence your day, you could try our selected and varied buffet, with more than 120 options that will help you to iniate your day. And in your spare and leisure time, we are pleasant to present you our "Piano Bar" with piano life music every evening.

*Please note the hotel will charge the total amount of your stay on your check in. Auto Check-in for Iberia flights. Transfer service to Ifema is not available from the 1st January 2007.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 18.19 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 37.45 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
