Rooms

We have 10 rooms in total -singles, doubles or triples. All of them high standard, comfortable, quiet rooms with or without en-suite.. All the rooms unsophisticatedly but carefully decorated. All rooms have direct exterior ventilation, a large, quiet and always pleasant courtyard. The building is equipped with an elevator. Some of the rooms have baths and others showers. Some of the rooms have balconies.

Food & Beverages

Enjoy a Spanish breakfast in the hotel cafeteria, only 2 minutes’ walk from the property in Calle Atocha (closed Sundays and throughout August). Breakfast is served from 08:45 to 13:00, Monday to Friday, and from 09.30 on Saturdays. Breakfast includes natural orange juice, coffee or tea, and toast or cake.

Guests must confirm the arrival time in the reservation, otherwise the reservation will not be held passed 16:00 on the day of arrival. The booking will be paid at check-in. American Express is not accepted as a method of payment. If arrival is before 09:00 or after 23:00, staff must be notified.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 20.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
