Rooms

The hotel offers a variety of different types of accommodation to suit the needs of all kinds of guests. High tech rooms have a king-size bed, a PC (with 15-inch TFT flat-screen monitor), free high-speed internet access (ADSL and Wi-Fi), an exercise bike, a trouser press and the latest modern hydro-showers with an incorporated sauna and radio. Family rooms can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and have a double bed and bunk beds. Family rooms have free high-speed internet access (ADSL and Wi-Fi) and a hydro-shower. The hotel also has 44 executive rooms with 2 single beds, free internet access (ADSL and Wi-Fi) and hydro-showers. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are both available, as are rooms suitable for disabled guests. Pets are welcome, and all rooms offer free Wi-Fi and ADSL internet access.

The hotel is ideally connected to the city centre via a new metro stop - "Alameda de Osuna" (L5, a direct line to Gran Via). The hotel is also situated just 5 km from the IFEMA trade fair. High quality, complimentary services are on offer, such as Wi-Fi and ADSL internet access available in all rooms and public areas, including 24 hour 'Cyber Corners'. National and international newspapers are available daily. All our rooms are equiped with PC and Internet free acces. The indoor swimming pool (outdoors during the summer) is also free for all guests. The 3 meeting rooms offer unrestricted seating, with free internet access, presentation screen and ample natural light. They are complemented by 2 modern show-rooms. Medical services are available on request, with covered parking offering direct hotel access. Laundry and ironing services are available and pets up to 15 kg are welcome.

Food & Beverages

The 'Numerus Clausus' restaurant offers you both traditional and international cuisine and a delightful buffet breakfast. Room service is available on request. The Cafeteria-Bar 'Cafetech' is also on-hand to offer drinks and snacks.

*The High Tech chain collaborates with Iberia’s ' Iberia Plus programme. Therefore if you are part of the programme you can also accumulate air miles when staying at any one of the chain’s hotels.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.42 per person.  Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.98 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
