High Tech Gran Avenida (formerly Hotel Nuevo Gaos), was inaugurated in the 1930's. It has been completely renovated, and became one of the best and most modern international hotels in its category. Guests can enjoy discounted rates at the body factory gym.

We offer a delicious breakfast buffet, served from 7:30 to 10:30, from Monday to Friday, Bank holidays, Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 to 11.00. You can taste the following: - Natural orange juice (and another fruit juices) - Coffee and teas - A great variety of pastries, cakes - Assortment of Iberian sausage ("pantumaca" bread) and cheeses - Bacon, sausages, scrambled and fried eggs, Spanish omelette - Assortment of bread, toasts, jams, butter and olive oil - Fresh fruit and fruit salad - Assortment of cereals and yogurt

The High Tech chain collaborates with Iberia’s ' Iberia Plus programme. Therefore if you are part of the programme you can also accumulate air miles when staying at any one of the chain’s hotels.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 25.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.63 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 21.40 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
